Parkview Bay 611 overlooks one of our 3 outdoor lakefront pools, it is first floor, is very convenient and has many extras to make this a perfect family vacation!
Condo 611 is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom, first floor lakefront condo. Beautiful new living area floors recently installed. It features a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove and oven, and refrigerator with ice maker. The tastefully decorated condo includes a covered large deck overlooking the lake and one of the three pools at Parkview Bay. The deck features furniture. I am sorry but due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. . Bedroom arrangement includes a king bed and TV in master bedroom along with a private master bath, Queen bed and TV in 2nd. A set of bunk beds with the lower bed being a full size and a twin in the 3rd bedroom along with a TV. Electronics are outstanding in this condo with surround sound, larger TV, DVD, VCR and stereo in the Living room. All bedrooms have TVs , and a VCR is in the third bedroom along with movies that make it a great place for the kids to hang out. Condo has very few steps to pool and lake.

Parkview bay is located in a quiet cove off the Grand Glaize arm of the lake. We are very close to the 19mm of the main channel and in a protected cove. We are close to Top siders, Dog Days and Back Water Jacks for lake front restaurants. By land we are less than a mile from Hwy. 54 making us extremely easy to go to! We are only a mile from the outlet mall and less to Dierbergs grocery store!
