Lake of the Ozarks newly remodeled apartment on Catalina Bay Drive, Sunrise Beach MO. Features 1 bedroom with King size bed, sofa bed in the living area, 1 bath with shower and jetted tub. This apartment offers a quiet peaceful setting. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, jetted tub in large bathroom. This is a 2nd tier apartment, it is not a lake front property. When the trees are in full bloom the view of the lake is blocked. It is close to the lake about 60 yards and the owners approve their dock to be used for swimming and great fishing. Boat tie up along side dock if you need it.

Our location by land is on the West Side of the lake on Shawnee Bend II. Bikini Pier nearby in cove offers Boat and PWC Rentals with Para-sailing. Short drive by land to excellent west side restaurants and new Wood’s Super Market. A short 20 minute drive to Osage Beach for shopping, dining, and night life.
