Fantastic View overlooking the lake.   Condo 8104 is a three bedroom, two bath on the 8th floor in the Towers. It has an open concept and contemporary feel. The kitchen counter is large and as well as a large dining table, great for family gatherings. This condo includes a screened deck, with furniture for great seating and gas grill. Master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a private bath with a large beautiful walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen with entry access to the bathroom and third bedroom has queen but is a small bedroom, no windows in this room so great for those who want to sleep in, both have new smart tv’s. Living room includes a large flat screen TV. Kitchen features granite counter top and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove with smooth cook top. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo also. The deck has a magnificent view of the lake and state park area. All TV’s are new smart tv’s. A heated Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, large lake front outdoor pool and work out center are in the same building on the first floor and there are two sets of elevators.

Amenities

The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. A 3000 square foot outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront.. The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have  great views of the lake and include lawn furniture for your enjoyment.The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the Towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities.
