Lake of the Ozarks Fabulous Three bedroom, two bath at Loch Haven! Very peaceful deck and view of a large cove at the 31 mile marker . Located in a family friendly cove that is perfect for coveing out!
This magnificent three bedroom two bath condo has an amazing 5th floor view. Condo includes three Queens beds. The master bedroom looks out to the lake for a very enjoyable first morning view! The third bedroom is in the loft and is sizable. The complex has an elevator making the condo very easy to get to from parking and the pool. Condo is handicap accessible.   Kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, all small appliances, dishwasher, microwave and oven/cooktop. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the condo. The condo is fully  furnished with a contemporary design and is approximately 1500 square feet. The lakefront deck includes multiple seating options, and has a gas grill. No pets or smoking allowed in condo. Smoking is allowed on deck of condo.  The outdoor pool is located on the lake side of the building providing a great view of the lake when at the pool! Amenities

The amenities include an outdoor pool which is located directly in front of the building- lakefront and a covered boat slip.  The complex is located close to  Larry’s on the lake and The Fish Company  restaurant/bar by water. We are located at the 31 mile marker of the main channel.  The pools and deck areas have a great view of the lake and include lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the complex and the elevator takes you to pool level. It is very easy and convenient to use the outdoor facilities. Loch Haven is handicapped accessible from condos to pool and docks.
