All of our Parkview Bay and Towers Condos offer the following amenities and extras:
- Huge decks over looking the lake
- Gas grills and lawn furniture on decks
- Washer and dryer in every condo
- TVs, VCR and /or DVD and movies (DVD in most)
- King Size bed in Master bedroom
- Nintendo 64 or Playstation including games
- Paper products (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex),
- Soap products(dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, hand soap)
- Full Kitchens including Microwave, dishwasher refrigerator with ice maker, range.(some have smooth top stove)
- Kitchen supplies (foil, ziplocks, siran wrap, salt and pepper, coffee and filters, cream and sugar, coffee maker, blender, complete kitchen utensils and cookware, mics. spices)
- Towels
- Bed linens.

- Central Air conditioning
- All our condos are lake front
- Multiple Pools - 3 outdoor lakeside pools at Parkview Bay and one outdoor 3000 sq. ft. pool at the Towers.
- All condos are privately owned for luxuriously decorated interiors
- Many of our Parkview Bay and Towers Condos additionally offer:
